Salon Policy
Bookings
To book an appointment you can call/SMS, we offer online bookings, and alternatively you can use our contact form or message us on Facebook! Appointments will be confirmed 24 hours prior to your appointment, please confirm to avoid your appointment being passed to another client. If you are new to Elee Beauty please arrive 5 – 10 minutes before your appointment time to complete any necessary consent / consultation forms. Please be aware we may require you to come into the salon 24 hours prior to perform a patch test for some of our services for new clients.
Late Arrivals
Your appointment time is set aside for you, so if you are late to your appointment it may mean you will not receive the full time normally allocated for your appointment and you will still be charged the full fee for your service.
Arrivals later than 15 minutes will mean we will have to reschedule your appointment to another time.
Cancellations
We require a 24 hour notice of cancellation. By failure to do this you may be required to pay a 50% cancellation fee added to your next appointment.
